These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fe333 website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the fe333 Platform.

fe333 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.

To register and use the fe333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fe333 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access by persons under this age threshold under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from the fe333 Platform or any associated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

fe333 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements. Any funds in a non-compliant account may be withheld pending investigation.

Each individual may register only one account on fe333. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. During registration and at any subsequent point, fe333 may request identity verification documents (KYC) including but not limited to:

• A valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate establishing your date of birth and identity.
• Proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the deposit method is bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank card — confirming the account or card belongs to the registered player.
• Any additional documentation requested by the fe333 compliance team to fulfil anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

fe333 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through locally recognised payment channels. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. fe333 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times vary by payment method but fe333 endeavours to complete withdrawals promptly. Delays may occur if KYC verification is pending or if a transaction is flagged for security review.
• fe333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC documentation or resolution of any active investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise permitted in writing by the fe333 payments team.
• fe333 is not liable for any losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network interruptions outside fe333's direct control.

fe333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the fe333 registration process and passed any required KYC verification step.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• fe333 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, and IPL may carry separate and additional terms that supersede these general bonus conditions where specified.

Bonus offers may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. fe333 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes to ongoing promotions, but this is not always possible in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe333 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account terminated immediately and any funds forfeited. fe333 may also report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening or operating more than one account on fe333, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, undocumented features, or game engine vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software that interacts with the Platform outside of a standard web or mobile browser without the express written consent of fe333.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market offered on the Platform.

All content on the fe333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fe333 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, copy, modify, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the fe333 Platform without the prior written consent of fe333. Unauthorised use of fe333 intellectual property may constitute a civil or criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fe333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if fe333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fe333 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond fe333's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. fe333 will endeavour to restore service as promptly as practicable in such circumstances.

fe333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Platform. All players must be 21 years of age or older. fe333 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your player account, including configurable deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.
